To contact our technical support or to obtain an assumption of responsibility, go to our internet site and fill in the questionnaire. Please specify if you need to contact our after sales department and indicate the following details:
- Your customer number
- Your purchase order number
(You can find this information on your invoice or in your personal account on our internet site).
- The series number of your material
- A description of the dysfunction
Prior to return the material, you will need to receive a return number from us. Any material sent back without a number will be refused.
Different options will be possible:
- You have received your scale in the last 3 months: We will exchange your scale which is under guarantee, and we recover the old one.
The date of the guarantee remains the date of the shipping of the first scale.
- You have received your scale more than 3 months ago: We will indicate the nearest technical center for your company. The shipping of the material to the technical center is at your charge. The technicians will verify if the dysfunction is under guarantee. In this case the scale will either be replaced or exchanged by the technical center at no cost.
If it is not covered by the guarantee, we will send you a new estimate.
